Character Designer | Animator

Hello! My name is Anna Simmons and I am a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University Department of Art and Design with an emphasis in Photography and New Media and specialization in Digital Art. I know that sounds like a lot but it just means I've dipped into many different facets of the very broad field of *art*. While I still have a soft spot for traditional drawing with pencil and paper,  my passion now lies in the digital world, focusing mostly on character design and character animation. Within these specific interests, I am predominantly self taught and I'm always looking to improve my techniques and learn new software but also grow my talents in other areas pertaining to art.

Art, specifically digital art, has the capacity to create anything we can dream of with little to no restrictions, our only limitations are our imaginations. It's cliche but true and my heart belongs to characters and bringing their unique and compelling stories to life.
